Dear Ade,

Thank you for your interest in our products and for the great questions you've asked.

Q1 is it true about not covering plug-ins such as memory sticks? Also, if I link to my work network via the usual cable link will it protect me still ?
Answer: As for not providing security for removable drives such as USB storage (memory sticks) and CDs, that is correct. The Gatekeeper device is the best Internet security product, but it does not scan your peripherals. However, every product is bundled with a full Windows software Kaspersky Anti-Virus package, as a complimentary bonus, that you can choose to install. This way you can also have traditional lightweight AV running on your computer scanning peripherals and enjoy the best possible security.

Q2 Is there a problem with Vista or SP3 on earlier MS operating systems?
Answer: Yoggie products provide full support for Windows Vista, including SP1 and Windows XP, including SP2 and SP3.

Q3 for a non computer dummy like me!! What's the difference between Pico and Pico Pro - in English for non geeks please !!
Answer: There are 2 simple differences – The Pro version adds a VPN client and the ability to be remotely and centrally managed by a corporate Yoggie Management Server.

Q4 - When will the "Gatekeeper Card Pro" be available in the UK and through what outlet?
Answer: The Gatekeeper Card Pro is already available and sold. You can buy it through our own E-Store at http://www.yoggie.com/e-store or buy from one of our resellers – See a partial list at http://www.yoggie.com/retailers.

I hope I provided the answers you were looking for, enjoy your new Yoggie product!

Cheers,
Shlomo

Hi

I hav e been contemplating purchasing a gatekeeper pico for some weeks now following a review on a UK television channel 5 programme called "The Gadget Show". Having read several reviews written by users in the uk a couple of questions.

Here is one reviewer's comments

"it doesnt provide protection from viruses that come through memory sticks or other mediums such as disks so if you need to plug in different devices and transfer information using usb i suggest you purchase a protected usb stick or use the included kapersky antivirus software. I installed kapersky onto my pc and leave it switched off most of the time only turning it on when i plug in a usb ive used on another computer. The rest of the time i rely solely on the yoggie and my cumputer is much faster than its ever been"
