Hey there Shlomo,
Great product and I was happy using it so far.One concern I have is that there is no comprehensive FAQ or problem list and resolutions. My pico stopped working. It just blinks several times and sits there and the icon is still red. When I try to reinstall I am asked to install the KB926255 from Microsoft, which will not install because it says I dont require it because I have the latest service pack on XP already.
I had to completely disable the pico to even write this email. I love the product, but it is frustating that I am unable to resolve the issue. Thanks,
