The Yoggie Online Store sells and ships products to end user customers only.

TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT. THE LATEST VERSION OF THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAN BE FOUND AT www.yoggie.com.

PRICES
The Yoggie Online Store strives to offer you competitive prices on a variety of current Yoggie products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (as appearing on the Yoggie website on the day of shipping) plus any applicable tax (sales tax, value added tax etc) and shipping charges. Yoggie Security Systems reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Yoggie Online Store at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Yoggie Security Systems shall make every effort to ship your ordered product according to the estimated lead times provided by the Yoggie Online Store at checkout (being the time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order, but excluding transit time). The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding national/international holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. EST

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Yoggie Security Systems will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

At any point following your order, you shall be able to contact Yoggie Online Store Customer Service at ebiz@yoggie.com for information regarding the status of your order.

Yoggie Security Systems reserves the right to restrict the number of items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the Yoggie Online Store web site. This information is subject to change at Yoggie Security Systems’s discretion.

Yoggie Security Systems is continuously endeavoring to further develop and improve the Yoggie Security Systems products in an effort to maintain its position at the forefront of technological advancement and provide its customers with products including the latest technological innovations. To accommodate this purpose, Yoggie Security Systems shall be required, from time to time, to discontinue certain Yoggie products, and Yoggie reserves the right to discontinue such products without notice.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Yoggie Security Systems hardware products
, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, all subject to the Terms of Use Agreement included in the product.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card

You may pay by credit. At the time your order is placed, Yoggie Security Systems shall obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

The Yoggie Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit Card Security Codes
The Yoggie Online Store requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Currency
Payments are made in US Dollars. The cost resulting from exchange from any other currency to US Dollars shall be borne by you.

TAX
Yoggie Online Store purchases will include any applicable taxes. If you phone in your order, the Yoggie Online Store sales representative will provide an estimated total amount of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the applicable tax rate changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in our system will apply.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Yoggie Security Systems offers the following convenient shipping options according to the country in the shipping address:

  • FedEx Ground: Available only in the United States and Canada. Products should arrive 2-5 business days after shipment. $7.00.
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air: Available only in the United States and Canada. Products should arrive within 2 business days after shipment. $11.00.
  • FedEx Next Day Air: Available only in the United States and Canada. Products should arrive 1 business day after shipment. $15.00.
  • Recorded (Signed for): Available only in the United Kingdom. Products should arrive 2 business days after shipment. $6.00.
  • Special delivery: Available only in the United Kingdom. Products should arrive 1 business days after shipment. $10.00.
  • International signed for small packet: Available in Europe (except for U.K.). Products should arrive 1-3 business days after shipment. $12.00.
  • USPS first class: Available in Europe the rest of the world (ROW). Products should arrive 1-3 business days after shipment. $39.00.

Signature is required for delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Yoggie Security Systems' warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If you receive notice from the carrier that your package has been returned to Yoggie Security Systems as undeliverable, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card and lease orders. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national and international holidays.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Yoggie Security Systems will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Yoggie Security Systems product, please contact support@yoggie.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Yoggie Security Systems warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

NOTE: Yoggie Security Systems recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Yoggie Security Systems or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Yoggie product, please contact Yoggie Customer Service at support@yoggie.com. The handling of such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's limited warranty. Please refer to the limited warranty information included in the Terms of Use Agreement.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Yoggie Security Systems reserves the right to change the Sales and Return Policy terms and conditions of sale at the Yoggie Online Store at any time.
  • All sales at the Yoggie Online Store are governed by Israeli law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

No Yoggie employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Yoggie Online Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
