Director of sales
We are seeking the “best of the best” Director of Sales to be part of a fast moving, well-funded and innovative IT Security company. We are creating a high performance sales team to develop, promote and manage Channels in Europe. We have introduced the award winning personal security server that is turning the industry upside down.
The recruited candidate will report to the VP Sales, Corporate Market, and will be based in the UK.
Job Description:
- Responsible for channels and end users within the UK and other European countries.
- Build channel business by recruiting new channel partners.
- Develop new business through engagement of optimal resellers.
- Support partners by conducting training, seminars, education, and presentations.
- Stimulate regional sales, help distribution partners reach respective quotas, and maintain customer satisfaction in the territory.
- Increase Yoggie awareness in the market place through direct contacts with Partners, Resellers, Large Accounts, and Technology Consultants.
Requirements:
5 years Territory Management experience in selling hardware or security products to the marketplace. In addition, a minimum of 2 years experience sales management with demonstrated ability to lead and manage direct reporting sales teams to achieve targets and objectives at a fast pace. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, ideally with emphasis in networking and security.
Software Engineer
Position requirements:
- BA/BSc in Computer Science - mandatory.
- Experience in C/C++ - mandatory.
- Experience in Linux OS - mandatory.
- Experience in embedded Linux development – an advantage.
- Knowledge of networking/security – an advantage.
- Graduates with good knowledge of C/C++ are welcome to apply.
