Shlomo Touboul, Founder & CEO
Shlomo Touboul is a serial entrepreneur with a strong track record in the technology sector. He started his career as the founder of Shany Computers, where he was the inventor and patent holder of “Remote End User Application Management”. During his time as the head of the Intel Network Management’s Business Unit, he was responsible for $135M in revenues and 300 employees.
In 1996, he founded and served as CEO of Finjan Software. At Finjan, he invented Behavior Blocking technologies to combat new and unknown Viruses, Spyware, Malware etc, with 5 issued patents since 1996. From 1999 – 2001, he founded and served as CEO of Runway, an internet startup incubator and Runway Telecom Venture Partner, a seed stage VC (joint venture with Alcatel). He was then called upon by Finjan’s Board of Directors to turn around Finjan Software: from near bankruptcy (2001) to a world-wide leader in the behavior blocking security appliance market, Finjan acquired strategic investments from Cisco, Microsoft and a unique patent licensing contract with Microsoft.
In October, 2005, he founded and is the CEO of Yoggie Security Systems – the home of the Yoggie Gatekeeper.
David Aber, CFO
David Aber has held senior positions in both publicly traded and private entities. Most recently he was the Chief Financial Officer of Arcadian Networks Inc, a broadband wireless carrier for utilities and industries, and prior to that he was the CFO of Finjan Software Inc., a web security solutions company. As CFO of Zen Research plc, Mr. Aber led a public offering that raised $100 million on the London Stock Exchange. From 1997-2000 he served as CFO of DSP Communications, where he managed the financial operations of this New York Stock Exchange-traded company that ultimately was acquired by Intel for $1.6B.
Lior Daniel, VP Operations
Mr. Daniel Joined Yoggie Security Systems in 2006 following many years of successful managerial experiences as a senior executive in operations, purchasing, Manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management. Prior to joining Yoggie Security Systems, Mr. Daniel served 6 years as the Supply Chain Director of the Disk On Key business unit of M-Systems (NASDAQ: FLSH), a leading global manufacturer of personal data storage Solutions. Previously, Mr. Daniel had served for 6 years at Gaash Lighting Industries.
Christophe Korfer, Executive VP Sales
Mr. Korfer has more than 15 years of business experience and relationships with Europe's major retailers, as well as an effective sales and business development success record in North America and Asia Pacific.
A seasoned veteran of the global IT market, and with ample experience in building long term global distribution channels relationships, Mr. Korfer's previous positions include VP Sales Disk On Key Europe at M-Systems (recently acquired by SanDisk; NASDAQ:SNDK), Director Sales and Marketing EMEA for ODixion, Manager of South Europe Retail Sales for Iomega, Retail Sales Manager for Verbatim, France, as well as sales responsibilities at JVC France and Memorex France.
Yuval Hofshy, VP Engineering
Yuval Hofshy is highly experienced in management of Research and Development and Engineering groups, product development and transition to mass production of consumer electronic products.
Mr. Hofshy’s engineering experience includes both startup and multi-national environments; encompassing global marketing, sales and customers, with Far East based suppliers and manufacturers.
His previous positions included Director of R&D and Engineering at SanDisk (NASDAQ:SNDK) and Director of Engineering Infrastructure at M-Systems (NASDAQ: FLSH).
Mr. Hofshy holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
Avi Dardik , VP Product Marketing
Avi Dardik is an experienced Product Management and Support Executive in the IT and Information Security Industry. His previous positions include Product Management responsibilities at SmartShopper, Finjan, and Bezeq International, as well as an Application Engineer position at Picom Software Systems.
Mr. Dardik holds a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Roman Koifman, VP Software Development
Roman Koifman brings to Yoggie an extensive technological background, with a particular specialization in realizing Information Security solutions. His previous responsibilities include the positions of Team Leader for Networking and Systems at Finjan Software; software engineer at Motorola Israel, and at IBM.
Mr. Koifman holds a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science from Israel’s Institute of Technology (IIT).
Ami Oz, Senior Director of Hardware Development
Ami Oz has over a decade of significant hardware development experience, and respective project management responsibilities, across several industries and including executive roles in projects in which he had exercised a wide range of managerial perspectives.
His previous positions include Senior Hardware Engineer at VCON; hardware team leader at NICE Systems, and hardware engineer at Telrad Networks(Commatch).
Mr. Oz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, with specialization in communications and signal processing.
