Extending Corporate-Level Security to Remote and Mobile Workforce

IT Managers Challenged by Increased Mobility of Corporate Workforce

Yoggie Management Server™ extends the IT manager’s ability to manage and enforce security to traveling laptops and remote computers. It is as if these users never left the safe environment of the corporate network. Finally users can enjoy the peace of mind of the robust first line of defense, managed by professionals.

Extending Centralized IT Security Policy Enforcement and Management

Yoggie Management Server extends the IT manager’s ability to manage and enforce corporate-level security to traveling laptops that secure the actual laptop and also protect the corporate network when laptops return to the office. It is as if these users never left the secure environment of the corporate network, enjoying the peace of mind of a robust first line of defense, managed by IT professionals.

With the Yoggie Gatekeeper brand of security mini-computers plugged-in on every mobile and remote workforce computer all users benefit from the same level of security as the corporate network. The USB plug-in mini-computer is revolutionizing how computers are protected. The Gatekeeper is packed with 13 different security software solutions including Firewall, VPN Client, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and more that block all Internet threats before they reach the PC or laptop.

Corporate security policies are effectively enforced across all users as the Yoggie Management Server can apply connectivity conditions such as not allowing connection of all laptops or any individual laptop to the Internet without the presence of the Yoggie security mini-computer.

Centralized Security Enforcement

The security policies are effectively enforced thanks to the Yoggie Driver, which does not allow the connection of the laptop to the Internet without the Yoggie personal security server – either Pico or Gatekeeper.
