The laptop’s connection to the Internet is disabled unless the Gatekeeper Pico Pro is plugged-in. How Does it Work?

The Gatekeeper Pico Pro is a USB key-sized mini-computer whose sole function is to run Yoggie’s "Pentagon Level" security suite, a 13 point protection system designed to replace all of your existing security software.

In addition to protection from viruses, the Gatekeeper Pico Pro weeds out spam, protects against phishing and spoofing, blocks spyware and offers intrusion detection and prevention. It includes a firewall as well as web filtering and transparent email and web proxies. Its proprietary, patent-pending Layer-8 Security Engine™ protects the user from unknown attacks, new viruses, spyware and worms, and does not require virus signatures. Yoggie’s patent-pending Multi-Layer Security Agent™ coordinates between the different security components to provide early detection of new attacks as they begin their operation. Its patent-pending Adaptive Security Policy™ dynamically matches threats with the appropriate security level in real time, keeping the laptop secure under any condition.

With Gatekeeper Pico Pro you can connect to any unsecured hotspot knowing that you are completely protected. It hides your laptop’s IP Address and creates a physical barrier from incoming threats, protecting the laptop from unknown attacks by dropping the connection as threats are identified.

Gatekeeper Pico Pro includes a web-based management console which provides status information, security logs, and reports and can be used to configure device settings, network settings and security policy.

How Do I Use It?

Simply plug-in the Pico to any available USB port on your PC
Insert the installation CD and run one last sweep of your computer with the free copy of Kaspersky™ Anti-Virus included on the disk
Uninstall any existing security software
